Licenses are based on your Jira Data Center license tier, which is standard for Atlassian Marketplace plugins. We price based on the idea that only some of your Jira users may be using our connection. Pricing is available on our Atlassian Marketplace app here.

Does OSLC Connect for Jira work with Jira Cloud?

No, not as of today. OSLC Connect for Jira is available for Jira Data Center only. Atlassian Jira Cloud currently doesn't support the Rest services that are necessary for our customers to fully benefit from the OSLC experience. We are working with Atlassian to best support our customers who are looking to move or are already using Jira Cloud and are interested in OSLC Connect for Jira. How does Support work?

We offer Support services to our customers depending on their needs and the running service-level agreement.
