From deep engineering roots to a global integration leader

SodiusWillert Group is a global software provider specializing in engineering data integration, aimed at enhancing the engineering and development of large, mission-critical systems and software. SodiusWillert Group was formed in 2023 from the merger of SodiusWillert and 321Gang. 

SodiusWillert was established in 2019, when Sodius and Willert Software Tools merged. Founded in 1999, Sodius has been serving serving major industrial organizations in Automotive, Aerospace & Defense, Technology, Government Agencies, Medical Devices, as well as their suppliers. Willert Software Tools, founded in 1992, has been focused on embedded software engineering for major Automotive, Aerospace & Defense, Medical, and Railway customers.
