Looking for the new Tesla Model 3? Well, you won’t find it in the Automotive Hall of Fame this year but you can come meet Lonnie VanZandt, Sodius’ Enterprise Architect at the upcoming IBM Continuous Engineering for the Internet of Things (IoT) Symposium event in Detroit, Michigan this coming April 19-21, 2016.

Lonnie will do a short presentation and demonstration of the IBM Rhapsody AUTOSAR toolkit that turbocharges IBM Rhapsody for automotive engineers using Sodius’ after-market accessories under the hood.

At the IBM Continuous Engineering for the Internet of Things (IoT) Symposium you will learn about the market-leading solutions for engineering products for the IoT–if you aren’t distracted by the antique and the innovative automobiles around you. IBM solutions are designed to help you create smart, connected devices for the IoT. IBM offerings help teams adopt continuous engineering practices to address cost, time and Quality challenges in delivering complex, connected products.

Attend to receive first-hand learning about some of today’s hottest topics for engineering for the IoT; including software development, requirements management, systems design, Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and IBM Watson for Cognitive computing.

Take part in this interactive event, and engage in the many networking opportunities with engineering associations, industry and technology leaders.

If you attend, stop by Sodius’ exhibition area to discuss your information integration and business enterprise architecture challenges with Sodius’ staff. Lonnie is a practicing software engineer (he writes real code!), consulting systems engineer (he’s thought out real products!), business development guy at Sodius, and a contributor to the UML, SysML, BPMN, FIBO, ODM, and UPDM OMG specifications. He specializes in collaborative model-based everything, web service mashups, and functional (that is sets, lambdas, closures, etc) programming.

Lonnie can tell you best practices for working with products from IBM, from No Magic, from Sparx, and from Eclipse for enterprise-scale productivity.
